Mr Clean Services 6-Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
Welcome to Mr Clean Services. By purchasing our 6-monthly subscription, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
- Subscription Overview
The 6-monthly subscription entitles the subscriber to receive professional car detailing services every fortnight (once every two weeks) over a six-month period at a location within the Perth Metropolitan area. The details of the subscription package include:
- Fortnightly car wash and detailing services as outlined in the subscription plan.
- Discounts on additional services not covered by the subscription.
- Priority booking and scheduling.
- Subscription Fee
The subscription fee is payable in advance and covers the entire six-month period. The fee is non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
- Service Schedule
- Subscribers are entitled to a car detailing service every fortnight within the six-month period.
- Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Mr Clean Services will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times, but scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Services will be provided once every two weeks, within every second week of the 6-month term.
- Service Inclusions
The following services are included in the fortnightly car detailing:
- Exterior Wash: Thorough cleaning of the car’s exterior, including washing, waxing, and drying.
- Quick Vacuuming: Efficient vacuuming of the car’s interior, including seats, carpets, and mats.
- Window Cleaning: Cleaning of all interior and exterior windows.
- Dashboard and Console Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down of the dashboard and console areas.
- Tyre and Wheel Cleaning: Cleaning and shining of tyres and wheels.
- Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or any other payment method accepted by Mr Clean Services.
- Direct Debit is administered by STRIPE.
- Subscribers will receive an invoice upon successful payment.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Subscribers may cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been used.
- 14 days’ notice is required for cancellation of the subscription at the end of the minimum term
- Service Modifications
- Mr Clean Services reserves the right to modify the services included in the subscription plan at any time.
- Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance and will have the option to cancel their subscription for a prorated refund if the changes are significant.
- Subscriber Responsibilities
- Subscribers are responsible for scheduling their detailing services.
- Subscribers must ensure their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location within the Perth Metropolitan area.
- Subscribers must provide Mr Clean Services with access to water and power.
- Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of that service.
- Liability
- Mr Clean Services is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs outside of the detailing services provided.
- Any claims for damage incurred during a detailing service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Privacy
- Mr Clean Services will collect and use personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Subscriber information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Western Australian Consumer Protection Law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
